Like beach volley-ball women’s pair Saka-Rtvelo, men’s duet Geor-Gia is playing in the first round of World Tour which is hosted by Brazil. Brazilian volleyball players Renato Gomes and Jorge Terceiro are playing in the name of Georgia.

Geor-Gia was No.11 seed in the main draw and lost to Polish duet (Kadziola-Szalankiewicz) 0:2 (15:21, 4:21) in the first round. In the second match Brazilian Georgians defeated Americans – Keenan and Mayer (No.27 seed) – 2:0 (21:14, 21:16).

On April 20, Geor-Gia will play against Latvian volleyball players (Samoilovs-Sorokins, No.12 seed). Though, they have already guaranteed 120 rating points.
