Final match of Georgian cup named after Davit Kipiani between “Torpedo” and “Gagra” has finished. “Gagra” won over “Torpedo” in extra time 1:0. At the 116th minutes Sevasti Todua captain of “Torpedo” scored auto-goal. In spite of attempt “Torpedo” could not equalize.
Besides attempt none of the teams managed score in 45 minutes. The ball touched goalposts twice. At the 22nd minutes Giorgi Gabedava forward of “Gagra” and at the 29th minutes Tengiz Chikviladze kicked but it touched the goalpost.
In the second half referee showed four yellow cards. The most memorable moment was when Dolidze kicked and Sefiashvili dived and parried out the ball.
In a word, none of the clubs managed to score a goal in 45 minutes. Extra time or penalty series will find out the winner.
Winner of Georgian Cup was found out in extra time. “Gagra” won Georgian National Cup and in new season it will compete at Euro League.
