Georgian futsal team successfully overcame the first qualifying round of Euro-2014. As we know, matches of Group B were held in Malta and the best from 3 teams would go through to elite-round. Georgia defeated Malta 9:0, then played 5:5 with Moldova and in the end, Moldovans beat Malta 4:1.

The Georgian team will play in elite-round in Holland in April. Holland, Czech Republic and Belarus will be the opponents.

So, neither Moldova nor Malta will be in Holland – we have to play against other teams…

The final stage will took place in Belgium from January 27 to February 8 in 2014. 12 teams will compete in it.

Belgium is already through. Other 11 places will be filled this way: 28 teams will be in elite-round, winners of 7 groups will play in Belgium, 7 second-placed teams will be added to the best third-placed and 4 best will be found out in playoff.
