Georgian chess player Meri Arabidze (2379) lost the 11^th round of World U-20 Chess Championships which is underway in Athens.
Arabidze lost to Deysi Cori of Peru (2413) with white pieces. The South American became leader with 8.5 points. The Georgian chess player is in the 6^th place with 7.5 points.

In the 12^th round Arabidze will play with black pieces. Anastasia Bodnaruk of Russia (2414) will be opponent of Arabidze. Bodnaruk is in the 4^th place with 8.0 points.

Another Georgian participant Nani Unapkoshvili (2011) won over Megan Owens of Wles (1816) and is in the 38^th place with 5.5 points.

At boys’ tournament Shalva Nadirashvili (2151) is in the 93^rd place with 4.5 points and Dimitri Kvaratskhelia – in the 110^th place with 4.0 points. Alexander Ipatov of Turkey (2577) and Richard Rapport of Hungary (2605) are leading World Championship with 9.0-9.0 points.
