In the second round of European Championship Georgian National U-16 Basketball Team lost with England. The tournament is underway in Macedonia. As far as you know Gia Kazanjiani’s team competes in A group of division B. In the first round Georgians hardly beat Luxembourg. An easy match was not expected against England and the expectations came true. In the first fourth English team was beating Georgian U-16 with 20 points and they kept advantage till the end of the match. Georgians lost 58:69 but during the match it was clear that they would loose. In spite of this failure Georgian team still has chance of going through the next stage. Tomorrow, Georgian U-16 team plays against Macedonia and the day after tomorrow against Romania.
