Lado Dvalishvili, Georgian forward of Israeli “Maccabi” Haifa made double in the match against Bosnian “Borac”. “Maccabi” won the first match 5:1 and Dvalishvili started playing at the 39^th minute but he did not score goal. “Borac” won the second match 3:2. Dvalishvili equalized the score twice – at the 24^th and 54^th minutes. “Maccabi” was scored the third goal at the 84^th minute. The team will play against Slovenian champion “Maribor” at the third qualifying stage. The first match will be held in Israel on July 27 and the second one – on August 3.

Georgian left defender Giorgi Popkhadze had debut in Austrian “Sturm”. In the match against Hungarian “Videoton” (2:3) Popkhadze started playing at the 46^th minute. “Sturm” played with the following staff:

Gratzei, Pürcher (Popkhadze, 46), Feldhofer (cap), Weber, Hölzl, Muratović, Szabics (Kienast, 46), Burgstaller, Standfest, Koch, Wolf (Ehrenreich, 83).
