Kobiashvili was sent off because of playing rudely against forward Eren Derdiyok in the match with “Bayern” Leverkusen (3:3). He has two-match disqualification. “Hertha” appealed the decision of German Football Federation’s disciplinary panel which was discussed on Thursday and was not satisfied.
