We cannot say that last season was successful for Tbilisi “Dinamo”, because team could win neither National Championship nor Georgian Cup named after Davit Kipiani. It is true, that team went through final but they lost decisive match with “Vit-Georgia”, which is from Tbilisi too. “Dinamo” could not manage to win with them in Super Cup competition. Tough, it should be considered as a plus for “Dinamo” that they overtook their competitors and won as silver medals as right of playing in Europa League. It is not easy to say what will be Kakha Kacharava’s players result next time but it is a fact that “Dinamo” was the least active in transfer market  preparation period in summer. These mentioned details were not said publicly,” but fact is the same that “Dinamo” could neither go to the meeting nor transfer much. Levan Khmaladze whose attempt of playing in Israel was unsuccessful returned in team, Zviad Metreveli from “Lokomotiv” also joined “Dinamo”. More attention was paid to footballers from “Dinamo-2”. Loss was really noticeable – Shota and Guram Kashia, Aleqsandre Krsteski, George Akim, Tengiz Chikviladze- these are footballers who always played in main staff. Team had such difficulties in defanse line that forward Kakhelishvili played as right-wing defender with “Gefle” and “Sturm”. We have to say a few words about Guram Kashia –candidate of Georgian National Team and captain of “Dinamo”, who had chance to continue career in Prague “Slavia” and then Haifa “ Makaba “,after checking he came back  Tbilisi “Dinamo”. According to Kacharava negotiations with him is successful and after Kashia’s signing up agreement he will make official statement. It is clear that each footballer has his own right of choosing and especially then when he is free agent, but Kashia’s playing in Europa League during three rounds would be better than going for checking.Beside helping the team he would get more experience. They would have more chance of observing him at this Scout European Tournament, but it is my subjective opinion. Kashia’s example showed Georgian football condition once more, In Europe without checking nobody sign up agreement even with “Dinamo” captain and candidate of National Team. Only  less transfers do not show that “Dinamo” has financial problems. Leadership of club do its best to “tight their belts” these following facts shows it: team did not fly with charter when they have matches overseas, was not able to take press representative, operator and service staff. Damaged fence in spring due to strong wind still needs repair in Digomi base. Special training equipments are also damaged.
It should be said that market’s resistance in front of base is completely wrong and leadership of town should pay attention to it. In other case for a person who is first time at this base is quite misunderstanding where he is, at Georgian Club’s base or at market.  It is natural that to write about Club’s condition is not attempt of involving their interior management, because Club has owners, who makes strategy and priority for club. Such condition should not be surprise in the country where everyone who has money avoid himself/herself to invest it in sport.
In spite of problems, “Dinamo” showed the best result from Georgian Teams in Eurpean Tournament (3 wins, 2 draws, 1 lost). May be somebody will criticize that Tallinn “Flora “ and Swedish “ Gefle” are not leading European Teams but Georgians did not give them even a little chance and played well with Graz “ Sturm” especially when they did not lose with 9 footballers in Tbilisi. Comparing to “Zestaponi”, “Dinamo” finished playing in Europa League such way that did not lose any interior match. It is clear that all this was Kacharava and his team’s good job. By the way “Gefle” beat on of the Russia’s titled club Moscow “Lokomotiv” (2:1) in friendly match in winter. To say it in a short, “Dinamo” did its best in Europa League.
“Strategy of Club is right and i believe in those footballers who are in club nowadays. They need time to play big football. It is a pity that we could not beat “Sturm” but we should keep our noses up, because Georgia Championship and Country Cup is ahead and we plan successful result. I understand that we do not have much financial responsibilities and each footballer demands better conditions, but first we have to show that can play football and then will have the following salary. Match with “Sturm” showed once more that money is not the most important in football, because our n their financial possibilities were not reflected on stadium. It is quite possible that out team not to be stable next season, but last championship at the beginning when “Dinamo” was not successful among leading Georgian Teams managed and won silver medal. I am satisfied with playing in Europa League”- mentioned Kacharava after playing Graz. Let’s see if Kacharava’s footballers will satisfy him in next season which starts soon.
