Gianni De Biasi, head coach of Georgian national football team has named 19 soccer players, who will participate in the sparring match against Georgia, which is to be held on February 29. As far as you know, the match is held at “Mikheil Meskhi” and starts at 18:00 o’clock.

The last match between these national teams was held in 2009 and ended in draw – 1:1. At the 2nd minute Lado Dvalishvili scored and at the 63th minute Ansy Agol equalized.
Tbilisi hosted Albanian national team four times and Georgians managed to win all of these matches, even did not let Albanians to score a goal: in 1995 – 2:0 (Shota Arveladze, Ketsbaia), in 1998 – 1:0 (Archil Arveladze), in 2003 – 3:0 (Shota Arveladze -2, Ashvetia), in 2004 – 2:0 (Iashvili, Demetradze). All these four matches were qualifying matches. Georgia has played against Allbania 11 times: 6 victories, 2 draws, 3 failures and goals 17:9.
