Davit Targamadze, midfielder of Georgian national team, stated in the conversation with “World Sport” that his debut in “Shakhtar” Donetsk went well.

- How did your debut in “Shakhtar” go? Did you find it difficult?

- No, it was not difficult. Physically I am almost ready. Everything went well. I am in the team for one week and I will get used to “Shakhtar”.

- Which position did you play on? On the left or one the right?

- In the first half I played on the left wing, in the second – on the right.

- How were you greeted in new team?

- I was greeted well. I did not feel anything bad from anyone. I made friend with Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

- Is there a great pressure?

- Not so. We run and train with ball.

- How did captain, Croatian Darijo Srna meet you when he heard that you were Georgian? Did he remind failure of Croatian national team in Tbilisi?

- He met me well. Yes, he reminded that match.

- Have you talked to head coach Mircea Lucescu?

- I have not talked to him. He did not arrive in Spain. He is in Romania now and is being treated. As I know, he will arrive in Donetsk on February 9.

- What can you say about “Shakhtar”? Moreover, you are in the team now…

- It is a great team. I felt at the first training that I was in “Shakhtar”.

- There are many legionaries in the team and what language do you speak?

- Everybody knows English, besides Brazilians. Only Fernandinho knows Russian from Brazilians.

- When will your issue be decided?

- I do not know yet. We will return to Donetsk on February 9. The head coach will come back and everything will be found out.
