Jondo Muzashvili veteran sambo wrestler is the head coach of national team. Avtandil Tsintsadze will be head coach of Youth and Cadet team, who has just retired from active sport. As for women team, Emil Rash will be head coach of the team.

“We have decided to appoint Jondo Muzashvili three times world and European champion, one of the successful Georgian sambo wrestlers as the head coach of national team. Vano Arabuli was active coach of the team. I am sure that he will do his best and will please us with his sportsmen’s success. Avtandil Tsintsadze will be head coach of youth and cadet team. Last year he became world champion and decided to retire from active sport. Women sambo wrestling also getting popular time by time in Georgia and national team is being created now, Emil Rash will train it “- stated Soso Liparteliani.
Jondo Muzashvili also made a little comment for “World Sport”:

“coaching national team is a great honor for me. My friend Archil Chokheli was head coach of the team before and becoming head coach of the team is more honorable for me. As for the future plans, we will start Belarusian international tournament, which starts on February 10. Supposedly,  I will take the first-second seed players  to Minsk. The staff will be defined time by time”- stated head coach of the team.
