Aleksandre Chivadze and Gia Pirtskhalava were appointed as vice-presidents of executive committee of Georgian Football Federation. Domenti Sichinava, president of GFF, appointed Rezo Arveladze as general secretary.
The mentioned people worked on this position before and their appointment was just formality. 15 members of the executive committee gathered at the federation – Lado Vardzelashvili, minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, with his secretary Davit Namgalauri, Murad Anjaparidze, president of Abkhazian Football Federation, and MP Giorgi Asanidze did not attend the meeting.
The letter of the Lanchkhuti municipality was discussed at the meeting. They demanded from the executive committee to let “Guria” play in First League instead of “Guria 2000”. The members of the executive committee satisfied the demand of the municipality.
It was decided that a special commission would be formed. This commission will be responsible for monitoring stadiums in Georgia. Sichinava was appointed as a chairman of the commission. Vardzelashvili, Namgalauri, Asanidze, Chivadze, Pirtskhalava and Arveladze became members of the commission.
