It is almost decided that Tengiz Chikviladze, former left defender of “Torpedo” Kutaisi, will continue career in Uzbekistan.

Last December, Georgian football player trained in Uzbekistani “Shurtan” Guzar for several days. After New Year, management of “Shurtan” called up 28-year-old Chikviladze again and now he is training with the team.

“Bunyodkor” Tashkent was the first sparring-partner of “Shurtan” in the preparation period. The teams held two matches in one day – the first ended up 0:0 and the second one – 1:1.

According to the official website of “Shurtan”, “Shurtan” and “Bunyodkor” played with the main staff and Chikviladze participated in both halves.
