Georgian tennis player Maka Chakhnashvili is participating in the Grado tournament (Italy, 25 000 USD). In the first round, she beat Austrian Julia Mayr 6:2, 6:1. In 1/8 final, winner between Austrian Yvonne Meusburger and Italian Gioia Barbieri will be Maka’s opponent.

In doubles tournament, Chakhnashvili and Bulgarian Kostova won over Clerico and Remondina 6:3, 6:4. In ¼ final, they will play against Meusburger and Czech Birnerova.

Ekaterine Gorgodze was to compete in the Bangkok tournament (Thailand, 25 000 USD) but she refused to participate in it.
