Maka Chakhnashvili competed convincingly again at the tournament which is underway in the city of Italy, Pomezia (prize money is 10 000). After winning one tournament in Pomezia she stayed in it and competes at another one.
Chakhnashvili No.1 seed at this competition managed to win over Romanian Elora Dabia 6:3, 7:6 (7:3) and then she beat Bulgarian Martina Gledacheva 6:3, 6:3.
In the quarter final her rival will be French No.6 Victoria Larriere.
