"Lately, referees often make mistakes against "Dinamo". Such facts happened in the current season, though, only 5 rounds are held yet. We applied to Referee Committee of Georgian Football Federation but unfortunately, there is no result. Despite, we still hope, that Referee Committee will react upon it. In the match against "Spartaki" Tskhinvali, penalty should have been awarded because of a committed foul against Giorgi Tekturmanidze. But one cannot argue with referee about such moments. Referee decides how to estimate a foul, even if this foul is obvious. But now, we pay attention to another case: Nika Pirtskhalava scored a goal and it was not counted", - Buba Tkavadze, managing director of "Dinamo", stated in an interview with "World Sport".
The day before yesterday, "Dinamo" Tbilisi beat "Spartaki" Tskhinvali 1:0. We cannot say, that the hosts found it hard to win. They could even win with big difference. But it is football and even one "blind" goal can change the match.
In short, website of "Dinamo" spread a video where is showed that at the 81st minute, Nika Pirtskhalava did not score a goal from off side and the linesman should not have raised the flag. The score should have become 2:0.

- Have you sent a letter to the Referee Committee about the uncounted goal of Pirtskhalava?
- Yes, I have. That was such episode which should have been seen by linesman. Journalist may not see it but it should be seen by that person who is responsible for it. We want refereeing to be improved. But how, if there will be no reaction. 5 rounds have already been held and there were 3 matches where referees made mistakes against "Dinamo".
- Can you name the facts?
- Goal against "Zestaponi" was not counted and penalty was not awarded. Player of "Olimpi" was not sent off because of physical assault against Robertinho and the third is the match against "Spartaki". There is such stereotype: "So what, if a mistake is made against "Dinamo". After the last round matches, we wrote the Referee Committee to take some measures. I do not know if there was any response inside of the committee but they did not disqualify any referee.
- I agree with you, that the measures against referees should be more strict. But somehow, the same happens everywhere: referee is protected as much as possible.
- Why?! Referees were punished because of mistakes made at World Championship. They missed matches.
- It does not happen often. There are some exceptions. It is not good but this is tendency.
- Then should it continue so? If there is no reaction, things will go for the worse. Why the goal of Pirtskhalava was not counted, will linesman Archil Kokaia explain this? By the way, many mistakes were made in this match. If "Spartaki" had scored the last goal, we would have lost 2 points. I do not remember and someone, please, remind me when referee made mistake in favor of "Dinamo" during the last 3 years. Why do they always make mistakes against us?
- What interest should a referee have to make mistakes against "Dinamo"?

- Now let's talk about other news of "Dinamo": lately, you bought several experienced players. Should we expect other transfers?
- Nothing is planned yet. Now, we can add only free agents but we are not interested in them.
- Would not it be better if you added these players before the European tournaments?
- Of course, it would be better, but all these players have ambition to play in stronger League. "Dinamo" is not a bad team but League is better. So, at first players are trying to play in a strong League and then they are returning to Georgia. This is a reality and I do not think it is a great surprise for anyone.
- It is known that "Dinamo" is not in a good financial situation. Has anything changed?
- When we are talking about bad financial situation of "Dinamo", we consider matches against European football clubs. Nowadays, Georgian clubs have some financial problems. Among Georgian clubs, "Dinamo" is in a stable financial situation.
