Supposedly, veteran sportsmen Davit Kvachadze and Giorgi Kandelaki will fight in presidential elections of Georgian Boxing Federation. More than three weeks are left before elections and there are talks about possible candidates only in interior boxing circles.

As far as you know, Petre Tsiskarishvili was ahead of Boxing Federation for years, but after that “National Movement” lost parliament elections it was decided that he would retire earlier.
“Tsiskarishvili was good at finding out investment which is necessary for developing Georgian Boxing very well. I hope, his successor also will work profitably in it”- stated Vladimer Akhalkatsi general secretary of federation in a talk with “World Sport”.
 Special congress of Boxing Federation is held on November 21.
