Georgian tennis player Sofia Shapatava and Sofia Kvatsabaia ended up participation in Pelham and Pomezia tournaments. Shapatava overcame the qualifying draw of Pelham touranmetn (USA, 25 000), though, she could not beat Shelby Rogers (USA) and lost 4:6, 4:6 in the main draw. As for Kvatsabaia, she lost to Anastasia Grymalska of Italy 7:6 (7:4), 2:6, 2:6 in 1/8 final of Pomezia tournament (Italy, 10 000 USD).
