According to German edition “Bild”, Levan Kenia is among those five players who will not play for “Schalke” Gelsenkirchennext season.

“Bild” reports that while players were on vacation, Horst Heldt, sports director of the club, was busy with dismissing players. “Schalke” sold some players and broke contract with others. Though, “Bild” informs that Heldt is not going to stop and publishes the list of those five players who will leave the club: Levan Kenia, Jermaine Jones, Anthony Annan, Ian Moravec and Hao Junmin.

“24 or 26 players will be by the beginning of the season. I have already talked to Annan and Hao and advised them to find a new club”, - stated Heldt.

“Schalke” wants to buy midfielder of “Wolfsburg” Sascha Riether.

After the operation on ankle, Kenia has not played for one year and 9 months. He will resume training in August. It is not known where he will continue his career.
