Giorgi Baindurashvili judoka in 81kg weight category will miss Tbilisi World Cup due to injury. The candidate of Georgian national team left Dusheti meeting earlier than others.
“I was in quite good physical condition. I wanted to wrestle at Tbilisi tournament very much, but my cross yogis were stretched and that’s why I cannot train. Supposedly I will need one week”- told Baindurashvili to “World Sport”.
Before Beijing Olympic Games Giorgi Baindurashvili was one of the best in his weight category in Georgian national team, but at the last moment head coach Shota Khabareli made another choice.  Since that time he could not show his possibilities due to injuries.
Giorgi Baindurashvili won silver medal at Georgian championship and as a result he gained right of competing at Tbilisi International tournament. As far as we know, he will return to tatami at Austrian World Cup, which will be held in Oberwart on February 11-12.
