Chess player Giorgi Bagaturov(2447) of Georgia is half point behind the champion Andrey Sumets (2618, Ukraine) of the 9^th International Istanbul Chess Festival. But according to additional index he took the 6^th place.

In the last 9^th round, Bagaturov drew with Renat Bigaliev(2412) of Russia with white pieces.As a result of it Russian chess player won the second place and Eldar Gasanov (1482) of Ukraine took the 3th place.

Sophio Gvetadze (2355) another Georgian participant of tournament beat E.Akinal(2185) of Turkey and finished competition on the 13^th place with 7.0.points.
