Football club “Zestafoni” is in Baku and will arrive at “Dalga-Arena” for practice at 20:00 local time (at 21:00 Tbilisi time). Georgian champion departed for the capital of Azerbaijan half hour later than the planned – at 14:30 and the airplane landed in the airport in 50 minutes. Everything seemed to start normally but the main obstacles were ahead. The first obstacle was when the door of the airplane was open 15 minutes later. The hosts said that the bus which was to serve us served other airplane by mistake. When we protested, the bus showed up at last.

Before we were registered, first passengers of Moscow flight and then Dubai flight came to the airport. Soon luggage showed up but it was not ours. It was luggage of Moscow and Dubai flights. After half hour, Giorgi Chiabrishvili, head coach of “Zestafoni”, gathered players and went to hotel. Other members of the delegation were waiting for the luggage for more than 2 hours.

Official representative of “Neftchi”, named Zaur was walking calmly and talked on phone. When Mikheil Khutsishvili, sports director of “Zestafoni”, and Sergo Putkaradze, press attaché of “Zestafoni”, raised their voices, angry Zaur said that it was fault of our airplane because they were talked that there was not luggage and departed. All Georgians were talking angrily. After several minutes, Zaur said that the luggage was already coming.

The bangs were so hot that we guessed they were taken from the airplane long time ago. They were supposed to be in the sun for two hours.

“Zestafoni” stayed at “Sheraton” hotel near the airport. The players will rest for 2-3 hours and then will practice on “Dalga-Arena”.
