Before the match against “Reykjavik”, Alex Garcia, head coach of “Dinamo” Tbilisi, stated that his team was ready and waited for a difficult match.
“We knew that travelling would be tiring and we arrived two days earlier. Of course, weather is absolutely different here. The team is ready and is waiting for a difficult match” – Giga Gventsadze, press attaché of “Dinamo”, cited the words of Spanish specialist.
Xisco, Spanish legionary of “Dinamo”, mentioned that the team was ready for fighting:
“I want to thank everyone for such warm greeting. “Reykjavik” is on optimal form. In spite of it, we are ready for fighting”.
Yesterday, at 23:15 Tbilisi time, “Dinamo” trained at KR-Vollur stadium for an hour and half.

Levan Kakubava and Levan Khmaladze will not be able to play because of injuries.
The temperature in Iceland is 12 degrees above zero. There is 4-hour difference between Tbilisi and Reykjavik and the match will start at 23:15 Tbilisi time. Danish Ken Hansen will judge the match.
Petur Petursson, assistant of head coach Runar Kristinsson (“Reykjavik”), has played against “Dinamo” at European tournaments. In 1981, he played for Holland in the match of “Dinamo” – “Feienoord”. In Tbilisi, he played for 50 minutes and in Rotterdam – for last 9 minutes.
