Georgian sambo team won five medals at the Minsk international tournament – “President’s Cup of Belarus”. Davit Karbelashvili had the best result from the team of Temur Giorgadze. Sambo player who became bronze medal winner in 82kg at Georgian Championship, wrestled in 90kg in Minsk and won gold medal.

Nikoloz Kutsia (82kg) needed one victory for taking the first place. Giorgi Baindurov took the third place in this weight class. Levan Nakhutsrishvili (68kg) and Beka Berulava (74kg) won bronze medals.

Georgian team participated in “President’s Cup of Belarus” with 13 sambo players.
