Georgian youth Roman-Greco wrestling team left for Armenia. Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, Yerevan will host Levon Julfalakyan international tournament. According to the official website of International Wrestling Federation, 12 countries will participate in the tournament. Champions will get 500 USD with gold medal, silver medal winners – 300 USD and bronze medal winners – 200 USD.
Georgian youth team arrived in Yerevan with coach Viliamin Kharazov. 15 Georgians will wrestle on mat: Amiran Shavadze, Abesalom Katamadze, Bachana Putkaradze, Genadi Kutateladze (55 kg), Piruz Tsulukidze, Khvicha Chitava, Gogita Gogiberashvili, Roin Dzirkvadze, Tornike Turkishvili (60 kg), Giorgi Davitaia, Temur Rukhvadze, Tengiz Partsvania (66 kg), Irakli Kajaia, Iakob Kajaia, Akaki Kandelaki (96 kg). Georgia will not have participants in 4 weight classes: 50, 74, 84 and 120 kg.
On the first day of the tournament, champions and prize winners will be found out in 50, 60, 74 and 96 kg. On the second day, they will be found out in 55, 66, 84 and 120 kg.
