Czech World Cup will end up winter license tournaments this weekend. Only European Championship will be left to be held on April 26-28. Chelyabinsk, the city of Russia, will host it.
Peter Seisenbacher, head coach of Georgian judo team, wrote down extended staff for Prague World Cup. Amiran Papinashvili and Betkil Shukvani (both – 60kg) are not in the list. Second-third numbers were added to leader judokas of other weight classes. Almost all candidates who wrestled well at Georgian Championship got in the list. Only Giorgi Baindurashvili (81kg) is exclusion. Like the previous foreign tournaments, he is not in the Prague list.
Champion of World Cup will earn 100 points, finalist – 60 points, bronze medal winner – 40 points. On February 25, champions and prize winners will be found out in 60, 66 and 73kg, on February 26 – in 81, 90, 100 and +100kg.
