The members of the Presidium have not supported the decision of Luka Kurtanidze about relieving Revaz Mindorashvili (head coach of freestyle wrestling team) and Begi Darchia (head coach of Greco-Roman team) from their post. They also listened to the current and retired wrestlers on the session, whose main demand was the resignation of Kurtanidze. The Presidium abstained from the concrete react.

The Supervisory Board of the Federation was entrusted the detailed study of the situation. According to Roman Rurua, head of the board and veteran wrestler, one-month term is intended for study the issue. The Supervisory Board will make a decision within one month and submit it to the Presidium.

The opponent athletes of Kurtanidze were dissatisfied with the Presidium’s decision and said that within a month they would not allow the president of the Federation enter in his own cabinet.
