Today the champion of Georgia presented new players in “Dinamo Arena” media hall. “Dinamo” Tbilisi has five new players: Radek Dosoudil, Rafa Jorda, Rafa Garcia, Lasha Totadze and Giorgi Chirgadze. Michal Bilek, head coach of “Dinamo”, director Levan Zukhbaia and sports manager Irakli Vashakidze held the press conference. Here is the statement of the Czech specialist.
Michal Bilek: “We are satisfied with the preparation stage in Netherlands. We gave all players chance to show themselves. The club is ready for Champions League qualifying round. The preparation stages showed that the club needed strengthening. Lasha Totadze played well at the Georgian Championship. I think the Georgian and Czech Dosoudil will strengthen the defense line. The Spaniards are also good and they will strengthen offence with Giorgi Chirgadze”.
- The club lacked concentration at the last minute against “Dnipro” (1:2)…
- We were scored goal at the last minute but I think we were not lucky. The team played well in that match. The rotation was under way in defense and it had influence on the lost match.
- The future opponent lost the Kazakh Championship. Do you have any information about them?
- “Aktobe” has some problems. The club was scored 7 goals in the last match but I think they will be mobilized against us.
Levan Zukhbaia, director of “Dinamo”: “The mentioned meetings showed problems. We let Bilek choose players. The team held a good meeting and I think we are ready for the upcoming match”.
Now about the new players of “Dinamo”.
The 25-year-old defender Lasha Totadze has played for “Gagra”, “Gyori” ETO” of Hungary and “Dila” Gori before. In the previous season he played in “Sioni”. The football player will wear No.3 T-shirt in “Dinamo”.
“It is a competitive team which has new experienced coach and he knows pluses and minuses of “Dinamo”. We learnt a lot from friendly matches and hopefully, it will pay off” – Totadze told “World Sport”.
The 31-year-old Czech Radek Dosoudil has played for “Boleslav”, “Petrzalka” of Slovaia, “Slovan” Bratislava. The new player of “Dinamo” was raised up by “Sparta” Prague. He also played for “Denizlispor” of Turkey. In 2003 Radek played at World Cup with the Czech youth team. The Czech player will play with No.29 T-shirt.
“Dinamo” is a very good club. We held a good meeting in Netherlands and the team is ready for the future match” – stated the Czech defender.
The 28-year-old Spaniard midfielder Rafa Garcia has played for “Reyes”. In 2012/13 he played in “Xerez” on loan. In the previous season Garcia played for “Lugo”. Rafa Garcia arrived in Tbilisi today and will wear No.27 T-shirt.
According to the decision of Bilek, the club has strengthened with the 30-year-old Spaniard forward. Rafa Jorda spent the previous season in “Siena”. The Spaniard started his football career in youth club of “Valencia”. Then, he played for “Numancia”, “Benidorm”, “Alicante”, “Hercules”, “Levante” and “Guizhou Renhe” of China. Rafa Jorda will wear No.11 T-shirt.
The champion of Georgia added Georgian forward Giorgi Chirgadze from “Metalurgi” Rustavi. The young Georgian started career in “Red Bull” of the United States. The 23-year-old football player will wear No.23 T-shirt.
According to Levan Zukhbaia, on July 16, fan-shop will be opened in “Dinamo Academy”. Fans can buy accessories of their favorite club.
On July 16 “Dinamo” will face “Aktobe” in Champions League II qualifying round. The match will take place in “Dinamo Arena”. It will start at 21:00.
