In the last round of the 41^st Olympiad the Georgian women’s team beat Germany 4:0 but it was not enough to get in Top 3.

Bela Khotenashvili (2494), Lela Javakhishvili (2478), Salome Melia (2475) and Nino Batsiashvili (2435) celebrated victories.

The Georgian team took the 4^th place with 17 points.

Russia earned 20 points and took the first place.

The Olympiad turned out unsuccessful for the Georgian men’s team which took the 44^th place with 13 points.

In the last round the Georgians played draw with Slovenia.

China won the men’s tournament with 19 points.
