After beating Dinamo Tbilisi (3:0), Vladimir Ivic, head coach of PAOK Thessaloniki, talked to the media. According to the Serb specialist, the opponent played better in the first half.

Ivic noted that Dinamo has good players and he did not expect winning with such score.

Vladimir Ivic (head coach of PAOK): “Yes, I am pleased with the result. We did not play the first 45 minutes well but we held the second half better. Overall, I am satisfied. We also made some mistakes but football is impossible without mistakes.

We have tough opponent. It has good players and the first half could have finished in favor of Dinamo. I know their offensive line had problems with injuries.

We played better in the second half but it was only 60-70% of our possibilities. We have many new players, 7-8 of them were on the field today and it is not easy for any team to show good football with new players.

I believed that our chances were equal because Dinamo has quite good players”, - stated Ivic.
